The studio portrait, in Montreux

Half a day is what it takes for a session to stop being an exercise. Time to try several lighting setups, change outfits, miss a few frames without it mattering — and reach the ones where you have finally forgotten the camera.

01

On your own or together

The studio is not reserved for models. It is a neutral place where everyone eventually relaxes.

Solo

A portrait for yourself — to mark an age, a project, a change. The most common, and often the strongest.

As a couple

No staging, no imposed poses: what works is the way you look at each other.

With family

Children included. The studio makes it possible to work fast when attention is short, and to start again without stress.

Book & fashion

To build or refresh a book: several looks, several lighting setups, in one session.

02

What's included

A price announced in advance, and the studio to yourself for the whole session.

The studio is reserved for you. No session booked right after, so no pressure at the end.

All photos for selection
You leave with every unretouched image and choose calmly at home.
Hair & makeup

Retouching à la carte
CHF 10 per image for basic retouching, CHF 20 for beauty retouching with skin work.

How it works

From preparation to the delivery of the retouched images.

We prepare the session

Before fixing a date we talk about what you are looking for: a plain portrait, a more worked image, a book. I tell you what to bring and how many outfits to plan.

Settling in

You arrive, we take our time. I set the first light while we talk: the early frames are mostly there to get you used to the sound of the shutter.

The session

We work in series: one light, one outfit, one framing. We review the screen between series, you say what you like and what bothers you, and we adjust. This is where the half day pays off.

Selection and retouching

You receive every image to choose without rushing. I then retouch the ones you kept, at the level you want: simple correction or beauty treatment.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before booking a studio session.

How long is a half-day session?
The studio is yours for the half day. We don't count minutes: the format exists precisely so there is time to try several directions. For a book or several looks, a full day adds CHF 150.
How many outfits should I bring?
Three or four is plenty for a half day. Pieces you actually enjoy wearing work better than clothes bought for the occasion.
Are the photos retouched?
You first receive all the unretouched images to make your choice. Retouching is then charged per image: CHF 10 basic, CHF 20 beauty. You only pay for what you keep.
I'm not a model — will this work?
That is true of most people who come. The half day is there for exactly this: the first twenty minutes are usually the stiffest, and nobody judges a session on those twenty minutes.
Can we come with children?
Yes, and it is common. The studio lets us work in short bursts, following the children's rhythm instead of asking them to hold a pose.
Do you shoot artistic or nude sessions?
Yes, within a respectful framework discussed beforehand: we agree together on the level, the use of the images and what stays private. Nothing is published without your written consent.
Where is the studio?
Rue du Temple 37, 1820 Montreux, in the centre of town. Vevey, Lausanne and the rest of the Swiss Riviera are minutes away.
