Questions fréquentes

L'app ne voit pas ma carte son / mon micro.: macOS : Réglages Système → Confidentialité et sécurité → Microphone → autoriser AudioToolBox. Choisis ensuite l'entrée et la sortie dans les menus IN / OUT de l'en-tête. Sur Windows, vérifie que le pilote ASIO ou WASAPI du fabricant est installé.
Quelle différence entre la version App Store et la version du site ?: La version Mac App Store (AudioToolBox Pro) fonctionne dans le bac à sable Apple et n'héberge pas de plugins VST3/AU. La version téléchargée sur youlook.ch (macOS et Windows) inclut l'hôte de plugins et se met à jour depuis le site.
Licence de la version téléchargée: Essai gratuit de 30 jours après inscription par e-mail, puis clé de licence (2 ordinateurs). Détails et obtention de la clé : youlook.ch/audio/download#licence. La version App Store n'a pas de clé : l'achat suffit.
Les mesures R128 / le multipiste se figent en arrière-plan.: Laisse la fenêtre visible pendant une mesure ou un enregistrement : le système réduit la priorité des fenêtres cachées. L'enregistrement direct-disque continue, lui, en toute circonstance.
Où sont mes enregistrements ?: Dans le dossier d'enregistrement choisi au bouton REC du multipiste (fichiers WAV/BWF nommés par piste), ou via Exporter dans le Recorder.

Frequently asked questions

The app does not see my audio interface / microphone.: macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → allow AudioToolBox. Then pick the input and output in the IN / OUT menus of the header. On Windows, make sure the manufacturer's ASIO or WASAPI driver is installed.
App Store version vs. website version?: The Mac App Store version (AudioToolBox Pro) runs in the Apple sandbox and does not host VST3/AU plug-ins. The version downloaded from youlook.ch (macOS and Windows) includes the plug-in host and updates from the website.
Licence of the downloaded version: Free 30-day trial after e-mail sign-up, then a licence key (2 computers). Details: youlook.ch/audio/download#licence. The App Store version has no key: the purchase is enough.
R128 metering / multitrack freezes in the background.: Keep the window visible during a measurement or a recording: the system lowers the priority of hidden windows. Direct-to-disk recording keeps going regardless.
Where are my recordings?: In the recording folder chosen with the REC button of the multitrack (WAV/BWF files named per track), or via Export in the Recorder.
